Tim, CM6K is advertised in London Chess Centre's 1999 Catalogue for £39.95. You can order it via their website - www.chess.co.uk. Having said that, I bought my copy just before Christmas from Game in Hull for quite a bit less (£29.99 or thereabouts). They still had copies on the shelves last time I looked.
