Here is the diagram when draw was accepted

Fruit made no progress for many moves but clearly had chances to win the game.
There was no reason not to continue the game unless there was a danger of losing
on time.

Time control was 2 hours per game and I expect the operator to assume 20 minutes
of operator time and playing 200 moves in 20 minutes should be no problem so
there should be no problem of losing on time.
