Pardon me - I have heard the term "troll" before, but perhaps you can
explain it in more detail as it applies to message boards.

Is there another way to provide safety against trolls while still
providing the push-most-recent-thread-to-top? It is like asking people
to give up food because there are obese individuals eating too much.

In the game of Adventure, a "troll" was a smallish brute who sat in hiding
and would come out and beat up the cave-exploring spelunker.
