I did not called dead lost...it was someone else... I said that it was lost for
white unless black would have made several mistakes...which happen

with 39...Qe3 the endgame would have been different


It created a profound pepreptual check pattern that even if was not
>successfull , it should not have been allowed.

I agree with this, but estimating a position has nothing to do with the final
result. The final result show that Shredder was not able to win and Rybka took
the opportunity of the mistakes of Shredder to draw.
