I am sure that even after Qe3 there are hunderd of possibilities for black to go wrong. I mean defense is an art. Create the circumstances of drawing paterns. Not just playing the best move. Maybe the best move is not enough. This is because we are not following tablebases. So what we need? The move that provides the easiest way. This is what we call techical difficulties. For example i think if they two programms play that position over and over again, the result would be smthg like 70-30, which is a definition of clear advantage, but not decive. Anyway. Pure speculations :)
