Subject: If Rybka beats Gandalf, the Rybka wins all?

I'm sorry that I might not have followed everything, but now I see that Rybka is
holding at 3.5 and Gandalf is at 4, with one round to go, and the other programs
are lower.
Is this correct?
Therefore if Rybka beats Gandalf, then Rybka wins the tournament?
