Homage to Bobby Fischer who was an advocate of randomized back-rank chess. Similar to what happened when Capablanca bestrode the chess world and advocated larger board with more pieces. Both felt they had "conquered" the game. Hubris to-be-sure... They had only conquered their opponents...
