I have noticed a slight decrease in results also, but I would not attribute it
to a weaker engine.  I think it has more to do with time management.  The newer
version of Rybka seems to be playing moves much quicker and always has way more
time than its opponent.  I could be mistaken, but that is what I feel has
happened.  This will only be noticeable in short time controls.
