I don't think crashing is an issue.  In windows-95, and 98, and ME, it was about
as unstable as a china teacup on a fault-zone, but XP has not crashed that I am
aware of and we have a bunch of XP machines in our labs.

Viruses are a problem, but no more so than on 32-bit XP systems, so that is a
moot point.
