That's just crazy. There is no way to fix that problem...Shirov isn't the WCC
and actually neither is Kramnik, as IMO it has to be the FIDE. Topolov IS the
WCC.

Kramnik is a 2750 player and Topolov is a 2800+ player. If Shirov played Kramnik
he might get his bogus title then Topolov would strip him of it or Kramnik if he
held. It will NEVER happen, so the only fix is to either have Kramnik play
Topolov or just strip Kramnik of the title.
