Maybe we will get answer by e-mail? ;-) It's a "tie" the same way that FIDE ratings are reported to the nearest 5 points, but the full accuracy of the rating is used for the actual order in which the players are listed. If there are two players at 2810, we might say that they have equal ratings. But one might be 2812.1, and the other might be 2809.8. The only difference here is that SSDF rounds to the nearest integer, not the nearest multiple of five. And no, I don't know which program "190" is, but I'd like to. :) Dave Gomboc
