Did you get both polyglot and cygwin1.dll from
http://wbec-ridderkerk.nl/html/details/PolyGlot.html ?

Maybe you have another cygwin1.dll file on your system somewhere that is not
compatible. Try to search your system for other instances of this file. The
version that works is 1005.17.0.0 (File -> Properties -> Version tab).
