The exe files are few days older than the main headers & source in that zip file. Anyway, that mismatch is fixed now. I just put the new zip and compiled it here to verify (I have done that before, but then one header & c file were updated separately into the zip, which caused the compile glitch). The tmq2ns() was removed at one point and macros were defined in Qiutl.c instead.
