Subject: Comparison of RATING LISTS

As promised as soon as the SSDF list was made available I made a comparison of
four of the most reliable rating lists.
I compared only engines present in at least two lists and I scaled the rating in
order to guarantee a correct comparison.

As I tought the rating lists are very reliable and there are only a few cases
where the error ranges are incompatible.
