Hi,

First of all, I think that a doubling of the speed usually adds approximately 50
elo points.
But why would you want to do this conversion? The rating lists are only made in
order to measure the relative strength of the programs. The ratings of the
programs are not comparable to ratings published by FIDE, or any other chess
federation.
