Hello Jon, I ran this on Hiarcs 6, g3/300. At 6 ply, it switched to Re1, eval -0.19, time 14 sec At 7 ply, eval 0.03, time 45 sec So the eval matches up with crafty, although it found it a bit quicker. Don't know whether it's the best move, though. It's too bad you played Rxc1+ instead of gxh3, would have been a tough fight after that. But that was difficult to avoid. Hiarcs also wanted to play it for a bit, until it saw the loss. As a matter of fact, my program liked the line Nxh6 gxh6 Re1 Rxc1 Rxc1 Qf6 Qxb7, so it fell for the same Rxc1 trap, except in reverse!
