ed2k links don't have a server, they merely contain a file name, size and hash.
aMule (as well as any other client of eDonkey network) will understand those
links, and try to find and download those files.

You have to start aMule, connect to the network, then add some ed2k links, and
aMule will start looking for the files and downloading them. It may take some
time to find and download some files, because the availability depends on other
members of this project, on ordinary people just like you, who decided to share
their tablebase files online.
