They can't read >a GM's mind, which is exactly what this is, except opposite I remember Kramnik had access to Deep Fritz (7) prior to playing its match against it. Including Book IIRC. Remember the game where D.Fritz played Bf8, many suggested this was home-prep. (not by Fritz..) Just let Rybka play with a book Morovic cannot prepare against, and this all would be a non-issue imo. RH (Morovic and Morozovich might cause some confusion)
