I wouldn't really worry too much about getting the very fastest hardware and adjudicating games properly. You certainly have my permission to do anything you see as appropriate there. (Including resigning for Rybka.) Re. hardware, it's even likely that speed matters less in human vs comp than in comp vs comp. Humans are constantly outsearched anyway, and have good chances to win mainly when they get certain types of positions. Looking forward to the result. Best regards, Vas
