Yes, I have noticed this also. Maybe it's not so good to play reversed colors from a position without moves - or is there another work-around? If not there is always your possibility to insert one move to reach the wanted position. But perhaps the best solution is to play just 1 game - and then manually switch colors? Frankly I haven't tried the different possible technics when you want 2 games played from a position - and with reversed colors.
