The only (sad) way how to generate is
1) generate your database
2) use cblight with "create fritz opening book"
3) this book in .fbk-format now can be converted into chessmaster .obk format, I
only know of FGCRW which converts between Fritz, Rebel, Genius, Chessmaster and
WChess opening books (old formats, no trees) into each other. But this is not
free. If I remember right there must be a freeware utility, maybe some other
here can tell?

BTW in CM up to version 5500 the booksize was limited, I didn't check if this is
in CM6k too. It is in the range of 100-150kB only.
