No! You don't need any windows stuff. You can just start the windows executable
with 'wine executablename' in the terminal. Wine is just a command that
translates the windows code on the fly during the execution.
e.g if you have the executable of rybka just tipe 'wine Rybka.exe'.

Most linux distributions provide a package for wine.
