My idea is for a new feature in playing programs and/or database programs. Often in the notes to a game you will see the symbol or note, 'with the idea of', noting what will happen in the position if the other side ignores or misses the threat. Why not have a hot key in the program that lets one carry out two or more moves for the same player? Does this feature exist anywhere? Can it be implemented easily? Just a thought... mrslug - the inkompetent chess software addict!
