Level, book, hash, hardware. those factors produce different results. > I think all results are > reliable but it should be avoided to just pick up the > best rating list (results) to prove something -:) the results of GS fit with my own results. of course i do trust my own results the most. i have 4 machines running all day. 2x 2400 and 2x 1200. it is IMO not wrong to stand up and say that the results somebody posts do not fit to my own experience. most often the reason is to find in the different testing environment. the autoplayers or the eng-eng matches run automatically no matter WHERE they run.but small differences in the testing environment change the results. e.g. it is OF COURSE a big difference if somebody tests with books or with a special book. if somebody tests on 1 machine or on 2 with PB on. or if somebody tests blitz or somebody tests normal time controls.
