Thanks for your help, below is a list of things i have done to help the problem

- Made sure that Shredder is the only aplication running
- Manipulated hash
- Put in new hard drive
- Up graded Ram
- New Processor
- Check for viruses
- Check for addware
- Changed hash Tables (full range of  differnt setting)
- Check back ground running programs
- Reanstoled both S9 uci and chessbase
- Tried each program with only installing one at a time
