Possible reasons: 1) Rybka isn't yet in a stable and ready state 2) Somewhere you'll be find a list where Fruit is leading 3) Future version may are stronger 4) *** Marketing reasons *** at 4) Means its sounds better and is the best advertisement for new customers If such really not true, i would say: "Okay lets meet us before the court if you want and then we will see if you can prove it" Its sounds hard ?
