I never tested Beta 7 so cannot comment. However, I have been testing Beta 9,
using the Noomen Select positions, and it says a lot about needing lots of
games. After 35 games, Fruit 2.2 was LEADING 18-17. There are 40 Noomen
positions, which means 80 games BTW. Anyhow, the gauntlet is just about
finishing, and Rybka is leading by no less than 45.5 - 32.5! Actually, this
should be of direct interest to Noomen himself or any bookmakers, since the
series may reveal openings that Rybka is particularly suited or unsuited for.
