If you are a club player, I would suggest that you analyze the entire game at 1 minute/move (even 30 sec/move would suffice if you are hasty). This will catch most of your mistakes, which you can try to correct. Perhaps the program will miss the best move in some cases, but this is not very important (in my humble opinion) because these will be really difficult positions. However, if you want to find the absolute truth about every position, you have to get the best programs, let them analyze for longer time periods, and also play out the variations they suggest and analyze more deeply the ones you think are interesting.
