diep (unlike Movei) does not generate only legal moves so
the question of Vincent is not about legal moves but about pseudo legal moves

pseudo legal moves include illegal moves with pinned pieces and illegal moves
that are moves that put the king in a square that is controled by the opponent
so it is possible to have bigger number of pseudo legal moves relative to legal
moves.
