Those are EPD records.  The meanings are explained in the PGN standard, section
16.2 EPD.

2k5 means 2 spaces, black king, 5 spaces

                             ^
                             b means black to move

8/2k5/Kp3pp1/7p/P4P2/8/6PP/8 b - - am Kc6; bm h4;
                               ^
                               - - means no e.p. vulnerability or castle rights

am Kc6 ==> avoid move King to square c6
bm h4 ==> best move pawn to h4
