clearly Fisher would have acheived the GM Norm at a much earlier age then 15 had there been computers.. but not PC Engines..no ..IF he had a Dedicated computer such as a Novag Super Expert C6 for example he could have acheived the GM norm no later then 10 perhaps 9.. Best Steve
