its been almost 1 month now since i shipped the Defective Robot to the developer

i received a thinly worded ,cryptic email from him yesterday that said and i
quote

I Cracked open the Robot and still cannot locate the problem
will let you know when i do ..

END QUOTE

"cracked open"????????????
