Not that I'm any expert in business (or chess) but it would seem to me that if
Vas is interested in this tack he should take advantage of his program's clear
leading position (however temporary) when considering any distribution contract
with CB or anyone. His first rule should be that Rybka NEVER be given second
billing in any advertising or sales combinations. E.g., CB subscription + Rybka
billed at least as equal to CB subscription + Fritz, in both amount and
prominence of advertising and in price.

The reason is that CB would likely prefer to promote products in which they also
have an authorship stake: It means less money to outside developers. It
leverages their current brand name. And if they also have Rybka in their stable
of products, they can't lose.

But no one mind me. Doubtless by this time Vas has already consulted with a
real sales expert and a good business lawyer.
