Subject: can a computer program see this simple draw(KBPP vs KB)?

This position is a simple draw
black plays Bd7-e6-d7-e6-d7-e6... and white can do nothing against it.

I am interested to know if there is a program with evaluation function of less
than 2 pawn advantage for white.
