Please tell me how you found byte 21870hex...... > Keith Hi Keith, well, I just looked for the UCI options in the EXE (of course also with a hex editor), and a few bytes after these names there are some numbers which seemed to be what I´ve searched for. ;-) So the ´trick´ is just a bit experience, some guessing and/or luck, and the last thing is trying if it works ... But as I wrote in my follow-up: unfortunately this has the side-effect of also changing the MultiPV default value, so it wasn´t really a good idea. Regards, Franz.
