Not really ... I think if Queen takes N and then Anand puts black rook on c8 (sac another piece) black has at least a draw. I haven't put an engine on it yet but I know I would be sweating if I took the bishop since black can throw in a Nc4 and the black attack looks dangerous .... especially against Anand.
