I suppose a WinCE Palmtop computer with a 200MHz processor and a good program
(Rebel or Chess Tiger :) would be close to what you want.

I don't think there are 200Mhz processors inside current palmtops, but I've
heard of speeds around 100MHz, so you don't have to wait too much.

However this is going to be much more expensive than a Sapphire-like computer.
But you could do others things with it, not only play chess!
