As I recall, Ken Thompson produced 3 or 4 CDs of largely DTC EGTs. I wonder if anyone, especially in the UK, still has these. His original KQPKQ DTZ EGT ignored underpromotions, leading to a few errors that Stiller picked up a little later. Did Thompson ever produce a KQPKQ DTZ EGT which did include underpromotions? guy
