Not even that (see my reply above), however there is no need for this. If you
want to know whether an engine is a proportionately better blitz player than at
standard time control, you can simply consult the CEGT lists. There is one
dedicated to blitz games (40moves in 4 mins) and another for standard games (40
moves in 40 mins). You can easily see whether one engine doing much better in
one list than the other.
