He bought it used - about 10 months old - for something like $600. Remember I played a multitude of blitz games vs the Lyon - and had great fun. It was not so strong chesswise - but worked like a charm. This item was heavily used by my friend also - and since he used to smoke, the white squares slowly turned yellowish...Sorry to say - all my games got lost when I changed location. It would have been some fun looking at them again after all these years. Not Strong Enough regards. /S
