Well, I dont think the Rybka programmer is trying to increase the stregth. He
even said to use the the first beta for tournmaents since it has been tested
more and I dont see him adding any strength increasing features yet. May be the
J. Noomen book will give it few extra elos. As for the ruffian programmer, I
think he is dead.
