re: icc correspondance.

At the lower levels (e.g., my level of 1850 or so), most people do not seem to
be cheating. At least i am not cheating, and I am not getting blown off the
board, which is exactly what would happen if people used computers:)

I reckon cheating, if it is common, occurs over 2200 level.
