This is normal.  Strong humans typically won't play a computer at blitz on ICC
unless they are at least 300 or more ELO higher than them (some, 500+).  Given
the huge disadvantage the humans have at blitz time controls (the blunder
factor), this  is a reasonable strategy. :)
