Beta 10d is identical to Beta 10, except for the following bugfixes:

1) Search configuration parameters renamed so that they display properly in all
GUIs
2) Ponder-on, resign-off games handled properly (Beta 10 would hang or crash
very frequently in that scenario)
3) Pondering under Chess Assistant handled properly

The rest of the readme is the same as for Rybka 1.01 Beta 10.
