Hello Steve,

My xboard call is a shell script that looks like:

#! /bin/csh -f

xboard -size large \
-geometry +450-0 \
-fd '/design/chess/polyglot/1.3' \
-fcp './polyglot shredder9.ini'  \
-tc 15:00 -inc 3 \
-xponder -thinking

My "shredder.ini" file:

[PolyGlot]

EngineName = Shredder 9.11
EngineDir = /design/chess/shredder/Shredder9/engines
EngineCommand = ./Shredder9Linux

Log = false

Book = true
BookFile = /design/chess/shredder/Shredder9/books/shredder9.bkt

[Engine]

Hash = 64

NalimovPath =/home/egtb/TB
NalimovCache = 8

OwnBook = true

I hope this helps.
