If the above sentence should mean that testers give for example optimistic value only against opponents with less than 2700 ELO and default against the ones above, I doubt that most testers will like the idea. Anyway in big tournaments like WCCC it will be advisable to adjust parameters correspondingly. Best Regards Heinz
