Standard Negamax version of alpha beta search. The only difference between the two versions was that one version called the search by: x = -search(-beta, -alpha, depth-1); the other used the PVS version listed. This version called x = -search(-beta, -alpha, depth-1) for the first move, x = -search(-alpha-1, -alpha, depth -1) for all the additional moves and researched if the value returned was between alpha and beta.
