In theory there shouldn't be any single Best Move, since the purpose was to
avoid this as a starting position.
Avoid Move such as Rybka's Bb4+ is only possible by knowing the engine would
play such a thing, and even so, it may be alone in this nutty idea. I'd hardly
make a list of every silly move in a postions and label them 'avoid move'. :-)
I don't know what 'pm' stands for though. Still, what I can easily do is list
what are considered the most apt candidates for the opening positions.
