seems to me it's very early to say Topalov save the draw with 20. Rxc5 Bxc5 21.
Ba4... It's possible that he play for a win with this sacrifice... ;-)

20. Rxc5 is a very interesting and strong move, but not more...

No forced draw, no forced win...

Just my two cents...., uhps, my human brain

PS: Nevertheless it is very interesting to see which engine find 20. Rxc5...
