40/4 time control. Pentium 446. noomen test set. Rybka 10d optimistic 39- 66 rybka 10d default 38.5-66 rybka beta 1 default 37.5 -66 rybka 10d ultrasolid 37- 66 There don't seem to be substantial differences at the blitz level on a cluncky old computer. Is anybody finding larger improvements? Maybe time controls need to be longer, to really give the search differences a chance to shine? best Joseph
